The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stinky/sticky carpet. Stains on sheets/pillows. Black stuff on shower head. Dirty tub. Funky smell in entire room. Falsely advertisement. Too nasty to so expensive. HORRIBLE!

The only reason I’m not rating our stay a 1 is because the downstairs was inviting and the staff was friendly. The room was horrible. It smelled of either smoke or mustiness upon entry. The carpet had visibly not been vacuumed. The tub was grossly rusted (and I opted not to use the shower). We had to unplug the refrigerator due to how loud it was running, and I didn’t even want to touch the remote. For a solid decade, I was a loyal Hilton Garden Inn customer, then veered away. After this experience, I realize why I stopped staying at the properties.

Room seemed clean but the carpet looked dirty. The shower was tepid and when I inquired about it was told that the side of the hotel I was on had a problem with the boiler. No offer to move my room to the other side of the hotel where the hot water worked. I checked out 2 days early.
