No stopper in sink in bathroom. Charge extra for cat yet not cat proof. Nothing to prevent her from getting under bed. Elevator broken, put us on first floor handicap room with terrible drainage in shower. Only one push cart for multiple items requiring many trips to load and unload. Shameful

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I didn’t feel my mattress was very comfortable. It felt like it was pretty old and needed to be replaced.

Good room, noisy neighbors

Everything about the room was very good. Except since there seemed to be a sporting event happening (most other hotels booked), the hotel was full and with this brought noisy children in the hall and noisy adults up all night next door.
