- 3-minute drive from the condos to the Mbpark area. It has an inflatable water park and wakeboard cable parc and also downhill mountain biking. You can rent everything on-site if you don’t have the gear.
- 5 mins drive from the condos to go kart called Émond Karting
- There are lots of walking trails around the condos.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.
