Garden House of high standing in Duplex, located in the residential part of CHOISY LES BAINS in an intimate and secure environment which ensures tranquility on a daily basis. Accommodation of 203m² on a plot of 300m² including a private swimming pool and a private green garden + 1 private parking space. Fully equipped (linens, kitchen fittings and equipment, etc.) to accommodate 6 people in spacious, elegant and modern comfort. Rooms with terrace and bathroom.

Sheets and linens are in place, the time for a shower with products available, the beach towels are there, not even bother to open your suitcase, you can jump to the pool!

Deckchairs and parasol welcome you on the Deck. A very discreet outdoor shower with hot water makes it easier for you to use the pool.
The airy veranda invites you to sip or have lunch without forgetting the large barbecue which promises you pleasant evenings.

The living room opening entirely to the terrace is just an invitation to relax. TV and WIFI available.

The equipped kitchen (dishwasher / NESpresso / kettle / Oven / microwave ...) always some consumer products available) is a pleasure on a daily basis with its very friendly opening and its space allowing 6 adults to get there find without jostling.

A slightly recessed office space will allow you to isolate yourself for a while or a little from the living room / terrace.

But also the outdoor bench, in the backyard, with a large cleaning tank which will allow you to free yourself from all your beach accessories, sandy or soiled by your excursions.

A garden and swimming pool maintenance service is responsible for ensuring regular follow-up, a service included in the rental.
A housekeeping service is included in the rental, with the passage of a cleaning lady for the total maintenance of the accommodation at the frequency of 2 to 3 times per week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday).
We offer, as an option, the possibility of having the service of an assistant cook according to your needs. This Option will be offered to you at the entrance to the premises.
ACCURACY: We always leave food available for FREE to allow travelers to eat at least as soon as they arrive. Concerning the BREAKFAST, it is the provision of coffee / tea / sugar / cookies / fruit juice that you use according to your will within the limit of the stock present. But this independent villa is not a hotel, so there is no staff to prepare you BREAKFAST every morning, neither for the setting up, nor for the service. Like any seasonal rental of a private home, you will have to manage your own food purchases according to your needs. The assistant cook can do the food shopping for you during your stay, but after consultation on your arrival with yourself and your acceptance of the rates for this additional service.
A complete cleaning of the accommodation is included in the rental before your arrival and after your departure.

The Lagoon swimming pool and the Catering area of the Residence CHOISY LES BAINS are of course accessible to all occupants of the Residence. In this fully secure 24-hour enclosure, you will have the freedom to enjoy either the tranquility of your neighborhood on the GARDEN HOUSE side or the friendliness of the complex neighborhood on the LAGOON POOL side.

The Garden House is an integral part of the CHOISY LES Residence (URL HIDDEN) with a 2500m² lagoon swimming pool and a catering area.
