Suite à un problème de santé nous avons demandé à reporter le séjour. Abritel était d'accord, la propriétaire a refusé pour 2 motifs: - 1: complément de revenu donc ne peut s'en passer.... - 2: lors de la COVID la propriétaire du logement n'avait pas pu se faire rembourser son séjour aux PAYS BAS, donc tant pis pour nous !!!!!!!!!!! Nous ne demandions pas un remboursement, mais un report.!!!!!!

Super séjour

Petite résidence très bien située au Mont Dore à quelques pas du centre ville. L'appartement est spacieux, très joliment décoré style chalet, avec un grand balcon, belle vue sur la ville et le Capucin, parking souterrain très pratique, casier à skis au sous-sol. On peut aller en ville à pied mais aussi prendre la navette gratuite pour la station. Belle expérience pour nous, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de vacances même si nous n'avons pas fait de ski par manque de neige (10% des pistes ouvertes...)

Nice flat, good location

The flat is nice, good location - short walk to the shops and restaurants. There is everything in the flat except beddings (which one we forgot at home) . Mr Haye gave us bed sheets (Thank you) . I had to pay him for them - it was ok for us . The only thing that I didn't like is that they asked me twice that I have to pay at the check out. Communication was too bad as they don't speak English at all ☹️. The other thing is that there was some cobwebs on the ceiling here and there and the bathroom tiles need a good clean. Atherwise the flat was clean. Also shower head was broken and it was too difficult to was your hair. You have to hold the shower head with one hand and trying to have a shower We had a nice break there ⛷️⛄🙂

Nous avons eu un super-vacances de ski en famille et l'appartement était tout simplement parfait pour nos besoins. Il était propre et chaleureux et a été situé dans la ville et idéal pour le ski-bus. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

"Appartement impeccable, joliment décoré et meublé, bien équipé et distribué, situé à deux pas du centre et des commerces mais au calme et bénéficiant d''une belle vue sur la nature. L''immeuble est un des plus proches des pistes de ski, sachant qu''il n''existe au Mont Dore quasiment aucun logement sur le front de neige. Elles sont à 2kms environ mais parfaitement desservies par des navettes gratuites dont un arrêt se trouve à une centaine de mètres de l''immeuble. L''été les randonneurs seront tout autant satisfaits par un environnement exceptionnel (Sancy, Guéry..) et les amateurs d''histoire par la proximité d''Orcival et autres sites d''intérêt (Saint Nectaire, Murol...). Sans oublier les nombreuses occasions d''excursions offertes par la chaîne des Puys, à une trentaine de kilomètres. Un logement pour toutes les saisons."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très bien décoré, bien équipé, très propre et à proximité de tous les services. Les pistes de ski sont à quelques minutes en voiture.
