Fraude

Después de reservar y abonar la estancia, justo el mismo día de la entrada nos dejan sin alojamiento, y porque insistimos nosotros en contactar antes de la entrada. Nos quedamos en la calle en pleno mes de Julio/Agosto. Un desastre por parte de la plataforma, nada de confianza en ella. En cuanto a la propietaria, esperamos que la sancionen económicamente para que en un futuro sea más responsable y consecuente con sus actos. Y encima todavía recibimos mensajes de qué tal nos fue la estancia.....Una vergüenza, días más tardes se repitió con otra reserva que encima nos gestionaban en Atención al Cliente. Nunca más alquilaremos con vrbo.
