3-bedroom terraced house on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Downstairs bedroom with 1 double bed and a wardrobe. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and single bed. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. There is a private HEATED JACUZZI on the terrace. There is a shared large pool ( 13×6 m) with internal staircase, outdoor shower.
Beautiful terraced house "Palmito" 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Miami, in a sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Covinient store 500 m , Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1 km, railway station "Hospitalet" 5 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Portaventura 28 km, parque acuático Aquopolis 31 km, parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 53 km, Tarragona 37 km, Reus 30 km, Barcelona 132 km. Please note: car recommended. Une très belle maison et une piscine magnifique pour des vacances de rêve

Tout est parfait. La maison est conforme à la description. Elle est confortable spacieuse et pratique. Les propriétaires très agréables et à l'écoute. Endroit calme et proche de tout (avec une voiture). Une piscine magnifique et très bien entretenue. Une petite copropriété avec des résidents sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette endroit.
