Beautiful villa located in the center of Miami, near from all the shops and restaurants and near the church square where there are games for children and adults. The house is on a 700m2 plot and is built on one floor. It consists of a porch with a garden table and chairs. Dining room with TV and fan. Equipped independent kitchen. Double bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Double bedroom with two single beds joined together. The third bedroom is located in an annex of the house and consists of a double bed, private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A/C extra fee Private pool and parking area
