4 level townhouse with an ideal setup for large family gatherings. Located in the Clarière complex, this property has an unbeatable location as it is directly on the mountain providing ski in/out access and just a short walk to the pedestrian village. This unit has ski access as long as there is enough snow. Winter tires are mandatory to access the parking during winter conditions.

Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 2 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 3 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

A five minute walk will bring you into the heart of the famous and colorful resort`s pedestrian village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants and fun activities for all the family.

You can access most amenities within walking distance and you also have access to a free shuttle to the pedestrian village just outside the condo. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free all around town.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
