had a really great stay at Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant. The rooms are big and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating throughout our visit. The property is especially cute in the winter — we had a beautiful view overlooking the lake, and seeing Mont-Tremblant mountain at night was absolutely gorgeous. Our suite had two bathrooms, which was perfect for our small group, and robes were provided for everyone, which was a nice touch. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here and would book again. The only downside was the restaurant experience. It was fully booked so we couldn’t get a table last minute, and when we did try the food it was disappointing — served cold and the truffle fries didn’t taste like truffle at all. We wouldn’t eat there again, but everything else about the stay was excellent.

Fantastic super friendly service. Great location the shuttle was so handy. Good restaurant. And large room very convenient with the kids. The pool and hot tub was a great touch at the end of a long ski day. Will definitely be back!

We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay. Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a great time.
