Inconvenient parking. Noisy. Broken elements in our kitchen. Fireplace was not easy to use - could not get it to work. Not enough dinner setting for all 6 of us. Carpet and couches did not seem clean. Not enough coffee for all of us although it indicated that there would be a coffee maker. Too small of a space for 6 persons. Hot tub was broken- not hot enough. Sauna in the women’s change room broken. Some confusion at check in. Some friendly staff. Definitely felt overcharged.

Great location, beautiful view of the lake from the room. Just minutes drive to the vilage and the ski area and very convenient shuttle transportation. The room looks bigger in the pictures than the actual one but is was clean and well maintained during our stay. Good value for the price. We will be back for sure!

Staff is great. Room was very clean. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition. It has that country log cabin feel. Best location in Tremblant unless you want to pay double at the Fairmont so you can ski out the hotel door. I prefer the lake front. It’s much quieter and away from the busy ski hill which is only 10 minutes away.

Very quaint, clean suite. The hotel is dated and needs work and the pool was disgusting (murky and the pool deck smelt like wet socks). Breakfast buffet is ridiculously expensive for what you get.

Magnifique vue sur le lac. Grand confort du lit. Très propre. Très bel endroit apaisant et sympathique. Bien équipé. Site enchanteur. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Seul enjeu: mobilier un peu fatigué dans le salon (tache sur le divan, cuir d’une chaise abimé ou émietté). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié malgré cet aspect.

La chambre sentait la cuisine en arrivant, on a dû mettre toutes les ventilations en route et ouvrir la fenêtre. Fuite d'eau au robinet de la cuisine. La porte d'entrée de la salle d'eau tape contre l'abattant du cabinet. Le joint à l'angle droit de la porte de la douche est gonflé et moisi. La porte de la chambre des maîtres, côté droit, une fois ouverte, on a du mal à rentrer dans la salle de bain. La salle à manger était fermée pour cause : peu de réservation mais pas averti avant. Par contre, le personnel est charmant, attentionné. Les équipements sont très agréables (piscine, spa, sauna, bain vapeur, salle de sport etc). Le complexe est magnifique, toujours aussi beau mais nécessite quand même un entretien continuel car les années commencent à paraître sur les boiseries.

The staff were welcoming and the property is one of a kind. We initially booked for 3 days with a room facing the lake and we decided to extend for 1 more day. Our stay were wonderful and one for the books.

Very nice location, breathtaking views across the lake. Nice place, but unfortunately our stay wasnt as good as expected. Lack of staff in the restaurant when there was a wedding on, meant we had a long wait and food that had to be sent back. Undercooked Salmon, cold vegetables and sauce, rice grains on steak n fries. Pool and gym needs addressing, only 2 towels left, no one around to speak to. Bathroom fans very noisy.

Overall, my stay was okay. The room was comfortable, and the facilities met expectations. However, I was disappointed that there was no room cleaning service after the first day, which affected the overall experience. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

Check-in was good and the front desk was very curteous and nice. Problem was the device to make the keys for the rooms was down so felt required to either stay in the room or be escorted back everytime we lefr and came back. Eventually the key system came back and everything else was good.
