Comfortable villa and great views

The villa was comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, set in a beautiful garden with flower beds and trees for shade and different places to sit. The view of the valley and lake was stunning and the pool was clean and a good size. There is a supermarket in Riez, nothing much in the village. We visited Moustiers-Sainte-Claire and walked near Bouduen, went down the Gorges de Baudinard (recommend Base Jannick for this, which is a 5 minute drive from the villa) and had a lovely meal at Sainte Croix de Verdon. We also drove along the Route de Cretes with its dramatic views of the gorge. Roland was very helpful throughout. It was a great holiday.

Ferienhaus Montpezat

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, der Garten ist sehr schön, der Pool bietet Erfrischung für heiße Tage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Sehr angenehm war ebenfalls die Betreuung des Ferienhauses durch Roland. An- und Abreise ist völlig unkompliziert aufgrund der Flexibilität von Roland, der sich auch sonst um alle Belange kümmert, jederzeit erreichbar ist und Haus und Garten in einem sehr erfreulichen Zustand hält. Wir waren bereits das zweite Jahr in diesem Ferienhaus und werden wieder kommen.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem wunderbaren Ausblick

Obwohl schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet das Ferienhaus alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht: eine ruhige Lage, ein großer Garten mit mehreren Terrassen, ein herrlicher Salzwasserpool, ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Lac de Montpezat, zwei Kühlschränke und ein Gasgrill (der vielleicht demnächst einmal erneuert werden könnte ;-)) sowie genug Platz für 8 Personen. Der Verwalter war äußerst freundlich und hat den Pool bestens ins Schuss gehalten, vielen Dank!
