Nestled in a quiet country setting, the gîte offers a warm atmosphere with spacious, open living areas, a lounge with a large stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Outside, enjoy 2 covered terraces, a secure, fenced pool area (10 x 5 m, open June to September), a large garden, barbecue, pétanque court, hiking trails, and a mountain bike track at your doorstep. The river is just 1 km away. Shops and services are a 3-minute walk. The region offers a wide range of tourist, cultural, and sports activities, as well as great restaurants.



Discover the village of Montagrier with its stunning views over the Dronne Valley. Located in the heart of the Dordogne and close to village shops, Gîte Cabosse is the perfect starting point to explore the Périgord Vert. Within a short drive, visit Bourdeilles, Brantôme, Périgueux, and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of France’s most beautiful villages.
