It is located in the ancient farmhouse on the ground floor, an enchanting farmhouse in the splendid Tuscan countryside. During the restoration, the old tuff and typical brick walls were maintained. The estate is completely fenced to guarantee privacy for guests and has a swimming pool with hydromassage, five-a-side football pitch, giant chess, playground and ping pong. Located in the heart of Tuscany, it is a privileged starting point for visiting the most beautiful cities of art such as Florence, Siena and Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra.

"This was the ancient room for the shelter and repair of wagons. It is a romantic little house with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and a splendid terrace overlooking Montaione and the Evola valley. The walls were kept in tuff and brick which give a unique softness of color. It is equipped with linens, pots and pans. The Truffle Festival takes place on the last weekend of October every year.
