The pool area is complete with a toilet, outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen. Outdoor parking inside the property. Cars are not allowed inside Borgo di Spereto.

From Montaione it is possible to organize excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (called the Tuscan Jerusalem). You can easily reach the beaches of the Etruscan Coast in 1 hour by car.
