The old 17th century farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and is the ideal place to discover Tuscany with its art-historical treasures and breathtaking landscape. The house is situated in the heart of Tuscany on a small hill. It is surrounded by a spacious garden shaded by tall cypress trees and offers a marvellous 360-degree panoramic view.

The nearest town is Montaione (8km), but between our house and Montaione there are several restaurants and pizzerias, a supermarket and a petrol station.

Il Poggiarello does not have its own swimming pool, but there is a beautifully situated public outdoor pool (for a fee) in Castelfalfi (6 km). Other leisure activities in the neighbourhood are: Horse riding (in Mura, 2km) and golf (in Castelfalfi, 6km). For hiking enthusiasts, the access point to the Via Francigena is not far away.

Il Poggiarello is the ideal starting point for all those who want to explore Tuscany culturally, scenically and culinary. Florence, Pisa and Siena are a maximum of 60 km away, and San Gimignano (20 km) and Volterra (35 km) are also within easy reach.
