La Veduta by Interhome
The farmhouse we propose is located in the heart of Tuscany. The olive trees, the vines and the orchard form a wonderful setting for the finely restored farmhouse, furnished according to the characteristics of old Tuscan farmhouses, with original period furniture. The structure, rented as a single environment, is made up of three apartments, two of which are communicating with each other and a detached one of approximately 60 metres. in a small annex. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and cooking hobs. The party room can be booked on request, with an extra payment to be paid directly on site. Agricultural estate "La Veduta", detached. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 1.4 km from the centre of Montaione, 21 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 59 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: garden 20'000 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
