Outside, an oasis of relaxation and conviviality awaits you: a furnished pergola perfect for al fresco dining, a barbecue, a panoramic terrace, and an authentic wood-fired oven for pizzas, ideal for evenings with friends and family.
The private swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, is complemented by a convenient outdoor shower for maximum comfort during summer days. For the enjoyment of both adults and children, a small football (soccer) field is also available.
The Mulino can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of adding up to 6 extra beds upon request, making it the perfect choice for large groups.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a study with sofa, and a living room with sofa and Smart TV.
In the tower, located on the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a French-size bed, and one bathroom with shower.
Opposite the main house is the cottage, which is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the mezzanine level there is a double bed.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax, Utilities.
