Newly built, the panoramic terrace is also equipped with table and chairs.

At guests' disposal there is also a lovely swimming pool (14 x 6 m, opened from May to October), in panoramic location surrounded by nature: sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

The garden, cared directly by the owner with immense love, offers beautiful flowers all year round.

The villa (300 sqm), spread over 2 floors and it is elegantly furnished in an antique style. It can accommodate up to 8 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of two living rooms: a larger one with sofas, antique furniture belonging to several family generations and with direct access to the garden; the other, smaller, with sofas and TV. The spacious dining room has a glass table for 8 and a fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast table with direct access to the courtyard.

The ground floor is completed by another bathroom with shower.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 4 big double bedrooms (1 with separable beds if necessary), all equipped with en-suite bathroom (with shower), safe and air conditioning.

There are also two living rooms (one with a panoramic terrace) and a laundry room (with washing machine).
