Located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, close to the medieval town of Montaione, Villa Elara is a stylish villa with a garden and private swimming pool. It’s the perfect getaway for country lovers and ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Shops and other amenities can be found in Montaione (famous for its alabaster) and the villa is superbly placed for exploring the best of Tuscany including - San Gimignano, Volterra and the art cities of Pisa, Siena, and Florence.

The 300 square metre villa develops over two floors.

On the ground floor you will find two living rooms - a larger one (with antique furniture and sofas) and a smaller one (with sofas). You will also find a spacious dining room (with table seating 8 and a fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with breakfast table and direct access to the courtyard) and a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find two living rooms (one with outside terrace) and a laundry. In the sleeping area, there are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, there is a beautiful, well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (14 m x 6 m; open from May to October) with sun terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outside shower. You will also find a large terrace with lounge areas (with tables and chairs) and an eating area (with a table seating 8 and a barbecue).
