Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs, connected by an internal staircase, you'll find the main double bedroom and a second private bathroom, ensuring comfort and independence for everyone.



The highlight is the private, furnished garden—an exclusive oasis for outdoor dining or pure relaxation. With high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls or remote work), air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and a baby cot, this villa has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Tuscan hills.
