This independent house is located in the heart of a typically Tuscan landscape in the heart of Val d’Orcia . . It’s 160 square meters on two floors and it can accommodate up to eight people. Surrounded by a large garden where the pool with seasonal opening is located in panoramic position.--------

The house consists of: living room with seating and dining area and fireplace, open kitchen, a a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, scullery with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, oven and microwave and extra refrigerator with freezer; on the ground floor. On the first floor there are: a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet; 2 twin bedrooms; a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The house is fully equipped. It features a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The house is on a small hill and is surrounded by a great view.
The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the pool. Baby-cot gratis. Pool towels available for free. Pets not allowed.
