"La Quercia," measuring 80 sqm, includes a furnished terrace, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom. The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with various shady spots to enjoy the coolness of the trees. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th and is shared with any guests staying in the second apartment, "Il Patio."

The villa is located 1 km from the sea and the well-known beach resorts Ultima Spiaggia and Dogana, and 2 km from the center of Pescia Romana.
Nearby attractions include Capalbio; the Tarot Garden in Pescia Fiorentina; Lake Burano; the Uccellina Natural Park; Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole; Orbetello (where there's a lovely market along the lagoon on Saturday mornings where you can buy very fresh fish :)); Telamone; and the ancient city of Cosa in Ansedonia.
