Enjoy a 2,500 m² enclosed garden, 5 hectares of meadows with two free-roaming horses, and fruit trees to savor throughout the seasons. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and travelers seeking to disconnect. Nearby: Salies-du-Salat (thermal baths and wellness), Saint-Gaudens (market and heritage), Saint-Lizier (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Pyrenees resorts for hiking and winter activities, not to mention Toulouse, the "Pink City," just an hour away. You'll also be in the Vallée de l'Ours (Valley of the Bear): paragliding 5 km away and the Planque Waterfall hike 7 km away. Three comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190cm, one with a double bed 140x190cm, and one with a single bed 110x190cm), two bathrooms (one with a toilet), a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine and freezer), and a warm and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave and mini rotisserie oven): everything is in place for an unforgettable holiday at the foot of the mountains. There is no door between the single bedroom and the hallway leading to the living room. Heating is provided by a pellet boiler. Hot water is supplied by solar panels (or a boiler).
