The new renovated shower area is excellent. The area immediately outside the ground level accommodation needs some urgent attention and making more attractive. Also it would improve security if the gates closed in the evening as they use to.

Awful

This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again.

Heating/aircon wouldn't turn off, therefore, during the night, the fan was quite loud and the room was very warm. One of the lamps didn't work and the room was very dull. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a very good shower.

Ancien Campanile, l’hĂŽtel est donc ancien mais en bon Ă©tat. Bonne literie, bon petit dĂ©jeuner . Proche de la route donc un peu sonore mais pas trop.

Chambre 028 La chambre est trĂšs propre. Lit trĂšs propre et matelas confortable. Nous avons eu surtout, un soucis avec la porte. TrĂšs difficile Ă  fermer et on n'est mĂȘme pas sur d'y ĂȘtre arrivĂ©, car on ne peut pas vĂ©rifier de l'interieur, si c'est verouillĂ©. Et puis, le truc manquant qui a toute son importance, c'est la brosse pour les toilettes. C'est juste gĂȘnant quand on aime laisser les lieux propres en partant.

Le personnel a été tres souriant et agréable. La chambre etait tres propre. Insonorisation entre les chambres trÚs bien. Insonorisation avec le parking trÚs moyen. Nous avons eu l'experience d'avoir un couple soûl qui s'engueulait a 2h du matin devant notre bloc qui n'arrivait plus à sortir leur véhicule. Nous avons eu peur et le veilleur de nuit a mis du temps a les faire partir. Le parking n'est pas fermé , portail toujours ouvert. Ca a gùché notre 2eme nuit. Le petit déjeuner est complet il y en a pour tout le monde.

Chambre avec grand reservée, mais on me donne une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, et la reception me reponds qu il ne reste que ca. tres bruyant, et restauarant a revoir, plat retourné en ayant juste mangé les legumes cuit vapeur sans assaisonement, et pavé de saumon imeangeable, gout de rance, aucune excuse du servur ou du cuisinier bref site a eviter

Chambre non insonorisé. On entends tout

Jai passé un sejour correct et le personnel est top. En revanche, j'ai été réveillé pendant la nuit car j'étais cÎté parking ( chambre 11).En effet les moteurs font du bruit au démarrage. La chambre n'est pas insonorisé.
