Inside this 5 bed and 3.5 bath home, you'll be welcomed by bright and airy interior, hardwood floors, two comfortable living rooms, one with stone fireplace, and a cook's country kitchen with a Basque dining table that seats 12 guests. The main level also offers a spacious king master suite with an en-suite bathroom, private closet, and pool deck access, and a powder room. Upstairs, there are four queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a foyer for reading or entertaining. Outside, unwind in the covered front porch, or relax under the sun in the generously-sized private landscaped backyard with ample seats, and a cozy fire pit for entertaining. Enjoy the rear cedar deck while taking a dip in the 18' x 36' heated pool.

The Neighborhood:
Montauk is a major tourist destination with six state parks. It is particularly famous for its fishing, claiming to have more world saltwater fishing records than any other port in the world. Located 20 miles (32 km) off the Connecticut coast, it is home to the largest commercial and recreational fishing fleet in New York state.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. A property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Another great stay!!

We rented the house for a second time for 2 weeks this summer after a week stay in 2020. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need - the pool and fire pit combo is excellent! It’s a great location too - only a 5 min or less drive to town.

Great house!

My husband and I celebrated our son’s 21st birthday with a few of his good friends and the house was perfect for our group. We all had a great time by the pool and it’s so close to the marina where we did a cruise on his big day. First time in Montauk and really enjoyed it.

Perfect house!

Could not recommend this house more! Arturo & Chris made the check in process so seamless. We spent the entire weekend in the backyard which was equipped with everything you could need - bbq grill, fire pit, cornhole. We will definitely be looking to rebook next summer.

Lovely house - I’d rent again.

We really enjoyed this house. It’s spacious, comfortable & clean. All appliances in the kitchen worked and both owner and property manager were very responsive. We rented the house for a full week and had no issues what so ever. I’d definitely rent the same house again and highly recommend you do as well.

The house was everything we expected. Plenty of rooms and beds, open kitchen and dining table to hang out around, GREAT fire pit which we used both nights, and the pool was terrific but because the weather was a bit chilly we ended up not swimming much. Beds were comfortable. Montauk is a great spot for families to get together. Thanks for a good stay!

Fantastic vacation house!

This property was so perfect for our growing family. Everyone had their own private space and I have four daughters and two granddaughters. The huge room with the crib was perfect for them and we also added another small crib, The outdoor area with the pool during the day and the fire pit every evening were two of the highlights of our stay. The house is totally private but convenient to the beach, town and attractions. I would totally recommend this property as we were 12 and were very comfortable. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Hampton's feel in Montauk!

This house is perfect all the way around and exceeds the Montauk expectation. It was spacious, clean, and bright throughout. We went out to Montauk for a weekend fishing trip and could not have been happier with this house. As a group of 8, we wanted to make sure we were not all on top of each other and this home provided us with more than enough space to ensure that. We would definitely book this home again for our future trips, all around..... FIVE STARS!
