Welcome to the Canton of Fayence, a countryside ambiance close to the sea. For a peaceful vacation, we offer a magnificent family villa with Provencal charm, nestled on the heights of Montauroux in a quiet, wooded estate with a panoramic view of Lake Saint-Cassien. It provides a serene holiday experience in complete privacy while being close to major cities.

This spacious villa, spanning over 200 square meters, features a large living/dining room of 80 square meters with a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living area. It includes various spaces such as a spacious TV corner, a relaxation area with a lake view, a dining area, and ample natural light filtering through numerous French windows along the room.

In the sleeping area, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and high-quality bedding.

Bedroom 3: This large 30-square-meter room comprises a bed (140x190) on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room and toilet. You'll enjoy a unique space – a mezzanine with two beds (140x190), perfect for children, quiet moments, or reading sessions. This room also features a TV corner with an exercise bike for fitness enthusiasts.
A large independent bathroom with a corner bathtub completes the sleeping area.

As an additional benefit, there's a spacious dressing room with a laundry area, including a washing machine and dryer, at your disposal.

Garden Area:
Enjoy a southern French-style outdoor space (3800m2), landscaped, floral, and fully furnished for spending entire days outside. Consisting of three terraces – one near the kitchen, one facing the lake with a barbecue, and a relaxation terrace by the pool – all equipped with umbrellas and shades for your comfort.

To conclude, parking space for three cars is available at the entrance of the villa.

The villa is located in Montauroux, just 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien, 20 minutes from the highway, 35 minutes from Mandelieu-La-Napoule and Cannes, and 40 minutes from Fréjus. The Canton of Fayence comprises 9 historic villages and numerous restaurants renowned for their high-quality local cuisine.

GUEST ACCES :
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be provided automatically via a key box from 4pm at the property address.

ADDITIONAL FEES :
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more; it is optional for stays of fewer than 6 nights and upon request. An additional payment request may be made for the tourist tax, depending on the chosen booking platform.

SERVICES :
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link sent to you once the reservation is confirmed. Following that, you'll have access to a digital welcome booklet throughout your stay, containing information about the arrival procedure, the functioning of the accommodation, local recommendations, and more.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit in the form of an online credit card imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform through which you choose to reserve our accommodation.
