Pleasant house benefiting from a pretty enclosed park, located on the edge of the Lot and close to Figeac, city of Art and History. 6 people can possibly be accommodated - Ideal location for fishing Owners' country house nearby in summer. Living room with kitchen area, insert heating (wood) and electric radiators, 3 bedrooms (bedroom I - 1 bed 1.40m)), - (bedroom 2) 1 bed 160x2m- 1 bed 0.90x2m) - bedroom 3; children's bedroom 1 bed 0.90 x 2 m - shower room, WC. Terrace, gas plancha and small transportable charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, carport, 2000m² of enclosed wooded grounds. Baby equipment. (if baby, on request) climbing frame, games (installation of children's pool on request) - Boat and fish tank on site for fishing or walking. In the river below: old roadway, (waterfall "called dam" 1.50m to 2m depending on the flow of the LOT) GITE inspected by GITES DE FRANCE on May 19, 2021 and confirmation category 3 stars.
