Apartment 'La Cazelle' with Shared Pool and Air Conditioning

We are located in the Lot department, Occitanie region, west of Cahors and just north of Puy-l’Évêque, a few kilometers from the Lot river, in Montcabrier. Our estate sits at the end of a small hamlet of seven houses, in Le Fraysse, surrounded by beautiful woodland where nature prevails.



In this peaceful setting, we offer 4 vacation rentals for 2 to 5 guests. The 52 m² La Cazelle apartment comfortably welcomes up to 2 guests. It features a living room with wood stove, open kitchen, one bedroom (double bed), bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, WC), and a private covered terrace. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, TV, private washer and dryer.



Outside, relax on your covered terrace with a private barbecue. The shared garden provides a tranquil atmosphere, while the heated outdoor pool with a children’s area invites you to unwind. Table tennis and a shared exercise bike are also available.



On-site parking for one car is provided. Two bikes and two e-bikes are available, along with a shared bike storage room. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is also present. Please note that events are not permitted. Breakfast is available for an extra charge.



The accommodation must be left tidy: floors, dishes, and trash. If excessive cleaning is required, a fee may be deducted from the deposit.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. This cottage also features barbecue grills and a garden.
