Le Pin Penché – Peaceful Retreat with Heated Pool

We are located in the Lot department in the Occitanie region, west of Cahors and just north of Puy-l’Évêque, a few kilometers from the Lot river, in the village of Montcabrier. Our estate sits at the end of a small hamlet of seven houses, in Le Fraysse, surrounded by beautiful woodland where nature remains untouched.



In this exceptional and peaceful setting, we offer 4 holiday cottages for 2 to 5 guests. The 55 m² Le Pin Penché cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. This small house features a living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and either 1 double or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, sink, and toilet), and 2 private terraces. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private TV, and washing machine.



Outside, relax on your private terraces with garden and barbecue. The shared garden offers a tranquil setting, while the heated outdoor pool with a children’s area is perfect for unwinding. You can also use the shared table tennis and exercise bike.



On-site parking for one car is available. Four bikes and two e-bikes are at your disposal, with a shared bike storage room. There is also a shared EV charging station. Please note that events are not allowed. Breakfast is available for an extra charge.



The accommodation must be left clean: floors vacuumed, dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, beds stripped. If excessive cleaning is required, a fee may be deducted from the deposit.
