In Berry, between the Creuse Valley and the rolling countryside of George Sand country, a large manor house with a heated indoor saltwater pool (6.30 x 3.30 meters, 1.20 meters deep) maintained at a constant 28°C, is situated on a working cattle and pig farm.

Direct sales of farm products are available by reservation from Thursday to Saturday. The property is located near Lake Eguzon, La Châtre, and Argenton-sur-Creuse. Between Cluis and Montchevrier, the house features, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and a toilet; two spacious living areas, one with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The other room is perfect for relaxing around a beautiful open fireplace, with a large living room and tables for playing cards. There's also an additional room with a double bed (with Western-style doors) suitable for people with reduced mobility, and a large bathroom with a toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility. A further small bathroom with a shower is accessible from the kitchen.

Upstairs: a landing leads to five bedrooms with five double beds and two single beds (including a large master suite with a cot, en-suite bathroom, and toilet), plus a large shared bathroom and separate toilet.

Second floor: a landing with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, and two bedrooms, each with one double bed and two single beds. Each bedroom has a sink.

Biogas boiler heating and pool heating are included in the price.
