The 20 mq.c. terrace, which is accessed from both the living room and bedroom, is comfortable with a dining table and a small barbecue, and slightly separated, there are two lounge chairs on which to sunbathe and relax. The view is wonderful. In front there is the Giglio island, less than one hour by boat, and the small Monte Cristo's Island. You can enjoy the sun all day, until it disappears behind the Elba Island, offering stunning sunsets each evening.
The house is cozy, bright and functional. White and turquoise interiors extending to the blue of the sea.
