The spacious living and dining area, complete with a fireplace and large dining table, is ideal for cozy evenings or lively meals with loved ones. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.

On the ground floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each come with a private bathroom, ensuring every guest enjoys their own space. A second lounge opens onto the garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Step outside to the lush garden, where olive trees frame the sparkling swimming pool — the perfect spot to unwind under the Tuscan sun.
