With a lovely shared swimming pool in place, this holiday home in Monte, Santa Maria is an ideal destination for a family holiday. It has 2 bedrooms and can host up to 4 guests.

If you love adventure, go hiking and biking in the forest nearby, 100 m away. You can also spend a day picnicking by the lake, 1 km away. You can also plan a friendly match at the tennis court only 2 km from the stay. The local grocers are at a distance of 3 km.

You can enjoy a view of the sprawling lawns around the property and bask in the sun while lounging in the garden furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher. oven and refrigerator. A cot, play equipment, and high chair are also available. A game of table tennis could be enjoyed with your dear ones. For a nominal fee, you can bring a pet to stay on the holiday home.

Guests can check into the property between 4-7 PM and check-out is from 9-10 AM.

Wir wurden freundlich vom Gastgeber und der Gastgeberin empfangen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute, die uns zu unserem Aufenthalt geführt haben. Die Unterkunft bestand aus einem Wohnzimmer / Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Duschkabine etwas veraltet und könnte ein Update gebrauchen. Für den Rest ein toller Aufenthalt wie erwartet und wie beschrieben. Der große Vorteil war der geschützte Außenbereich, sodass Sie an heißen Tagen immer noch im Schatten sitzen können. Der Pool war sehr schön! Die Residenz hat eine schöne Aussicht und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf. Die Dorfbewohner waren auch sehr freundlich. Darüber hinaus ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Kein Restaurant in der Gegend, aber an 3 Abenden pro Woche bietet die Familie die Möglichkeit, köstliche regionale Gerichte zu probieren. Das Città di Castello erreichen Sie nach einer 20-minütigen Autofahrt. Eine schöne kleine Stadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie brauchen. Auch der kleine Monte Santa Maria Tiberina ist einen Besuch wert. Für größere Städte müssen Sie nach Perugia oder Arezzo fahren, das ungefähr eine Stunde entfernt ist. Der Lago Trasimeno ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert, aber wieder fast eine Stunde entfernt. Unterwegs gibt es jedoch viel zu sehen und zu genießen, was bedeutet, dass die (Reise-) Zeit vergeht.

Sie erreichen das Haus über eine steile Straße nach oben, die jedoch komplett asphaltiert ist. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Die Anzahl der Handtücher ist sehr gering, aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die Sie nutzen können (gegen eine geringe Gebühr). Der Pool ist fantastisch und hat eine tolle Lage, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Citta di Castello liegt etwa 25 Autominuten entfernt.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf das Tal. Wir waren in der Wohnung il Granaio, die von jedem Fenster einen wunderschönen Blick hat. Sauber und ordentlich Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (schöne Terrasse mit zwei schönen Sitzplätzen, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Wäscheständer etc.). Der Pool ist sehr schön, hat eine schöne Aussicht und gute Sonnenliegen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen (man muss 10 Minuten auf Bergstraßen fahren, bevor man in die Zivilisation kommt), aber sehr entspannend, zwischen dem, was Bauern mit streunenden Hunden und Kätzchen machen. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten sind Sie in Citta di Castello, einer schönen kleinen Stadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Darüber hinaus ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Städte wie Arezzo, Assisi und Perugia zu besuchen.

Freundlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Unterkunft mit einem schönen Garten + Pool und einer schönen Aussicht. Schöne Gegend, in der es noch keinen Massentourismus gibt. Die Straßen in diesem Gebiet sind sehr schlecht, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Für diejenigen, die Frieden und Raum suchen, ist dies ein wunderschöner Ort.
