O ambiente é muito agradável por ser uma chácara com muito verde e muito bem cuidada. Os funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bem servido cim variedade e tudo muito saudável. Os chalés muito bem limpos e conservados. Uma ressalva somente para o chuveiro, que, sendo elétrico não é tão adaptado para o inverno. Talvez valesse investir em um sistema de aquecimento.
