Diamond in the Ruff

Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice.

Fijn appartementencomplex in het centrum

Ik had van tevoren gemaild dat we tussen 20:00 en 22:00 zouden aankomen. Dat was geen probleem. Uiteindelijk We kwamen 's avonds om tien uur aan. Ik had een appartement met twee kamers met twee éénpersoonsbedden op iedere kamer geboekt.We kregen echter een appartement met twee tweepersoonsbedden, wat niet zo handig is voor een gezelschap van een moeder met drie puberzonen, maar we waren zo moe van de rit, dat we eerst maar gingen slapen. De volgende ochtend vroeg de eigenaar of alles naar wens was en toen vertelde ik dat ik eigenlijk iets anders had geboekt. Hij liet mij zijn informatie zien en het bleek volledig buiten zijn schuld te zijn. Hij ging meteen een ander appartement regelen en bleef ook heel vriendelijk.
