On the ground floor, a panoramic terrace leads into a bright living room with dining area and direct outdoor access. The professional kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a pantry, laundry room, and a guest bathroom. This floor also features a double bedroom with private bathroom.



Upstairs, you will find a refined living area with fireplace, satellite TV, a games area with billiards and table football, plus a panoramic terrace with ping pong table. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with shower, the other with whirlpool tub.
