This spectacular farmhouse is located at the crossroads of the provinces of Granada, Córdoba and Jaén, being the ideal destination for those who want to discover the region. Likewise, it satisfies the needs of a family that prefers to take advantage of their vacations resting, thanks to the comforts and authenticity that you will find in this property, in addition to the virgin area and the dream landscape that surround the house.

The cortijo is the combination of two separate houses dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Despite having been restored to provide all the comforts of today, both houses have maintained their authenticity and charm, thus ensuring an unforgettable stay for the whole family. Keep in mind that the houses are rented together so you can enjoy all the privacy you need.

The smaller house is divided into two floors, and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 50 m2 dining room, equipped with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining table. In addition, the living area shares space with a fully equipped kitchenette that also has a dishwasher. On the ground floor, you will also have a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.

The other three bedrooms and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub are on the upper floor. Regarding the bedrooms, two of them have two single beds each, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

Crossing the patio, you will reach the second house, which is slightly larger than the first.

Upon entering the house, you will find a cozy 25 m2 living-dining room with a fireplace. Two steps separate it from the rest of the ground floor, where you will have an independent kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.

The upper floor is reachable via a staircase in the kitchen. Once upstairs, you will have four bedrooms and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each; the third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth has four single beds.

Both houses are equipped with underfloor heating, and have solar panels and biomass to ensure the sustainability of the entire accommodation.

The exterior, spread over more levels, is just as charming as the interior. Once here, you'll fall in love with the stunning views of the rolling hills and lush greenery that surround the property, ensuring a truly regenerative experience.

The lower area has a beautiful Balinese bed, ideal for relaxing in the sun and admiring the landscape. Next to it, there is a magnificent pergola with an outdoor dining room, which you can use to enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the middle of nature. Likewise, you will find another dining room in the patio that separates the two houses.

In any case, the icing on the cake is undoubtedly the splendid private pool area. Here, you will have the heated pool available all year round, whose temperature in winter can reach 28-30ºC, depending on the outside temperature. Right next to it is the outdoor jacuzzi that allows you to relax like never before. Just keep in mind that the jacuzzi is only available from April to September.

The barbecue next to the pool and another covered dining room make this house the ideal choice for a group of families.

Die Leute des Ortes waren sehr nett, wir kauften Brot in der Bäckerei der Mühle und das Brot der Besten, die wir probiert haben, also rate ich, das Brot dort zu kaufen, der Besitzer der Farm ist sehr freundlich, die Schwimmbäder perfekt und bei gutem Wetter hatten wir Wir konnten das Äußere des Hauses genießen, das Essen zubereiten und dies inmitten der Natur und über den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer genießen.
