Charming villa 1800 nearby the Convent "La Scarzuola", built with local stone recuperating the hand made terracotta, stones, massive oak beams situated in the heart of the artistic Umbria at the border of Tuscany (easily reachable: Siena, Montepulciano, Città della Pieve, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto, the Perugino’s streets, wines streets, famous thermal waters and many other well known sites). An oasis of tranquillity, privacy and of absolute peace suitable to those appreciating not only a complete relax but also nice tours in the most enchanting hamlets of central Italy. Indoor 2 floors for 280 sq. mt. + 140 sq. mt. outdoor looking into well kept and in bloom gardens. It’s situated in a park with a wide swimming pool (15x7) surrounded by a comfortable area for sunbathing and within a private hamlet duly fenced with 2 other farmhouses.
