Worst resort I’ve ever been to. DO NOT BOOK HERE! The food was terrible, I stayed for 5 days & was surviving on the jerk chicken restaurant & beef patties during my whole stay. The whole resort is very outdated & unkept. I always try to research as much as I can before I book anything & for this resort in particular I saw many good reviews & that’s why I decided to book but it was a terrible idea. As soon as we got to the hotel we tried to contact Expedia to give us a refund for us to be able to book at a different resort but all they offered was a $50 dollar credit. I would never book here again. Worst experience ever to the point we didn’t want to leave the room. The whole resort smells bad, the staff is unsanitary, the buffet is very limited & the restaurants are horrible, I’m not a picky eater & the food was so bad. Around the beach area you had people smoking weed & even their own workers tried to sell you weed. This trip was not what I expected. I feel like I wasted my time & money. Very disappointed. We were limited on options & all we was offered was a $50 key cash credit that won’t be available until 3 days after our trips ends 0/10

Amazing resort. Friendly welcoming staff. The food was spot on and well seasoned unlike other resorts you can tell the buffet ensures true local flavors. The pillows were very soft and comfortable and hotel isnt but 15-20 min from the airport. No complaints wonderful stay.

There were times when NOTHING was available to eat or drink. The buffet had the same items the entire 7 days we were there, nothing different. Restaurants all closed and opened at the same time leaving nowhere in between. Going to check out, ended up in the check in line because they are not marked and stood there over an hour almost missing our taxi to the airport. Hotel could use serious up grading, only one elevator to upper floors on each end. Making people check towels in and out at an all inclusive resort is really a pain, what are we going to do with them??????? Also, it's ALL INCLUSIVE, why do you need my room number for everything? And as far as the all inclusive, it is only all inclusive if you do not smoke! The Smoke Police as I came to call them for the last week complain NO MATTER WHERE YOU SMOKE, that it is a "family resort", well I didn't bring my family, and I do smoke, so where is my inclusion. Will not be going back here.... to many rules, regulations, and just all around lacking on any customer service.

location for perfect for our stay. close the airport and next door to the golf course. The overall stay was good. Food, beverage, activities, room, amenities, staff courtesy and helpfulness were above average. The resort need to be renovated and modernized.

The housekeeping staff were amazing especially Miss Paulette. I was not in need of anything. The beach was kept clean and lovely two thumbs up to Oneal. The front desk were amazing. Thank you Brianna and Denny at fresh was great. Wonderful staff that's why we come back each year.

The property has changed from my previous visits. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the spa was excellent. Had to adjust to everything having a set time since the property has changed from Hilton to Hyatt. Overall still a nice property and would visit again
