Reservations missing

I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.

Ein sehr unhygienesches Appartement!

obwohl in Ihrem Angebot tägliche Reinigung vermerkt war, wurde nach energischer Nachfrage nur nach jeweil 3 Tagen gereinigt und Hand-Badetücher gewechselt! Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt,dass diese Appartements verschiedene Eigentümer haben und nach deren Vorgaben gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt wird!
