Half Hill is comprised of a main villa and cottage, this listing is for the main 3 bedroom villa only. There is an infinity edge pool, Sonos sound system and complimentary Rose Hall Beach Club access.

The property is comprised of two buildings, the main villa which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a grand living room, luxurious dining room and kitchen, casual dining area and a very relaxing sit-out area.



There is a circular swimming pool which is shared with the cottage that rents seperately. They also share a common sit-out area which connects them and provides a continuous flow of positive energy. There is a Sonos system to enjoy music inside and out.



The view from the pool is spectacular as your vision passes over lush vegetation right to the glistening Caribbean Sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, lots of seating for all the guests to hang out. Located very close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.



Guests who book this holiday home have access to the 3BR villa, swimming pool is communal with the cottage beside it and gorgeous grounds of the estate. All HOSPITALITYEXPERT guests have complimentary access to the Rose Hall Beach Club, open from 9am-5pm daily.

Caribbean Heights is one of the best neighborhoods in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Rose Hall Great House. Caribbean Heights is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.



There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 7 minutes from Half Hill.



There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.



There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. This include free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club.



We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.



The base price includes up to 4 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.



When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.



We provide a chef at nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Half Hill.



We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.



Complimentary Services:



Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use



•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup



•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle



•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.



•Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.



•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.



We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over.. Extra guests staying over will be chargeable at the nightly rate of the property ($100+ tax).



If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.



Visitor Policy



Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.



Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.



Date Changes



Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).



Cancellation & Refunds



All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.



All Service bookings are non-refundable.
