This has been the best vacation ever thanks to the exquisite taste and services received by the ENTIRE staff at JOIA ROSE HALL IBEROSTAR. The grounds, the service, the food, the ambiance is a perfect combination for a top tier adult getaway. But words don't do it justice when it comes to the personal butler upgrade!! Ralston, Kaden and Gary have made each and every day and night special from checking in daily, securing items and/or experiences for us, nightly turn down service, ironing services for our dinner plans, a beautiful romantic bath setup for a late night rendezvous in our jacuzzi and the list goes on! Huge thank you to Chantal at the front desk for taking care of us at check-in ensuring we received beyond 5-star service and also to our concierge Georgina for her added bonuses as well! We will absolutely return! THANK YOU for such a phenomenal vacation!

Excellent Stay from beginning to end. Went for a friends birthday and they went above a beyond to make it special. We checked in with Barrington at the front desk and he was pleasant, friendly and made us feel welcome and excited to be there. Shout out to him Marlvena and Teneil for making our time at the resort enjoyable. House keeping was impeccable. Our housekeeping lady Rose Marie made sure our room was clean and fresh every day and the bed decoration were beautiful. Food was great, and the entertainment was more than i expected. The entertainment staff was phenomenal. They had a white party, foam party, and Reggae beach party and we enjoyed them all. The entertainment at the lobby bar was nice as well and it included a saxophonist and violinist. They were both soothing and relaxing. The DJ at the lobby bar at night had I dancing the night away. I would Recommend this place.

Great property, restaurants, food, atmosphere were fantastic. It is an older property and some things need updating. The Spa pool/baths area is dated and some things needed repairs/replacement. If the Spa isn’t your thing then you have nothing to worry about. Rooms are large, clean and the Butler Service is outstanding! Owen and Orain were our Butlers and they went way above and beyond for us. Always having something special in our room when we returned. Would highly recommend building 5 floor 2 where they were working. Will be going back because of them! Beach area pools and bars are all conveniently located. Rum tasting with Michele at JOIA was also outstanding! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the history of Rum and all its complexities. We’ve gained a newfound appreciation for Rum now. Recommendation to the resort would be to update Joia’s theatre entertainment but that’s a minor recommendation.

We just stayed at this resort March 2025. Food and beverages were delicious which can be so hard to find in an all inclusive. Nice welcome drinks when we arrived. Friendly staff. Cute cafe with great morning coffee and espresso. Located right on the ocean, access to all hotels if you stay at the Joia.

It is a great Resort - the only thing I did not like that the walls of the pool have been cleaned while guests were in the pool. Special thanks to the Hostess of the Surf and Turf Restaurant - Tashna for being so helpful.

Amazing

Everything was amazing. I was skeptical from some reviews but it was wonderful. The pools are beautiful and clean. The beach and chairs are so nice. Service is wonderful. We will be back.
