RIU Palace Adults only is my favorite place to vacation. Staff is amazing. Genuinely kind, authentic staff who are fun, remember you, interact well, make you feel welcome, comfortable and valued. Laid back environment perfect for relaxing vacation.

Room was always cleaned staff was sooooo pleasant. Shuttle was on time for pickup and drop off. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only that you have access to the other two riu if you choose to stay at the palace which is a plus. Had a wonderful time!!!!

This hotel is beautiful. Some of the decor is a bit outdated but the grounds are beautiful that is makes it worth it. You will be spending all of your time outside at the all inclusive swim up bar and the beach you won’t be seeing much of the room anyways!

The staff at RIU Palace Jamaica is phenomenal! Everyone from the entertainment crew, servers, cooks, bartenders, cleaners and front desk bend over backwards to make sure you have the best time! The resort is clean. The food and drinks are great! And the entertainment is the best we have ever experienced!
