HORRIBLE PLACE

Sea Horse was closed and I was redirected to a room at Montego Bay Club. The place was an absolute dump! I was unfamiliar with the area and low on funds, so I stayed for the night. You MUST remove this place from your listings.

Hotels.com billed my account and when I got to the hotel there where no room. I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minute and hung up on 4 times.

Poor service

No record of my booking !! I waited for 1 hour 10 minutes including being given keys to a substandard room that I did not book and a room that was occupied by a naked man !! Eventually, after complaining bitterly, I was allocated a vacant room which also I had not booked !! This room had a PAINTED view of the ocean on the wall. After more complaining I was finally allocated a room similar to the room that I had booked after 2 nights ! Very poor ! Further, I had to argue to receive free WiFi which should have been provided. I only got 2 days in my seaview room instead of 4 ! The room wasn't particularly clean and only had basic kitchen equipment and an old TV with dead batteries that were replaced after more communication with disinterested reception staff. I will never spend my hard earned money in a place that caused me such stress. They couldnt have been more unprofessional and disorganised if they had tried

Best View and Location / Great for sleeping only

Great Location, The Wifi didn't work as advertised. The view was stupendous, The Location is in the middle of everything. The room was very old, but functional.

70's & Downgraded but at least a Nice View

When we arrived, we were told that unfortunately our reservation Sea Horse Beach Studio (3 star) was rented to someone else on the previous day for a 2 week booking. Crushed and in a foreign country, we really had no choice (we had prepaid our stay) but to wait. About an hour later they found us another studio, not as nice--a 2 star in need of renovations with no wifi, but at least it had a nice view. It was called Rest-Up.
