Single-storey house of 140 m² with 4 bedrooms: 3 have en-suite showers and toilets, while the 4th has a large shower room and separate toilet. A comfortable sofa bed on the spacious mezzanine office provides two extra beds.



The house features a small gym, a beautiful terrace with a plancha, and a private heated pool available from May to October. The garden surrounds the house, offering a pleasant space to enjoy time with family or friends. There's also a pétanque court outside.
