GENERAL RULES

🚨 It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

No loud noise, especially after 10 p.m. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host will be granted access.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is walking outside the villa with open alcoholic beverages.
A charge will apply for towels and/or sheets if they are stained with makeup or any other substance.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villas.
Park only in the designated spot.
AC units must be turned off when leaving the villa.
Pets are not allowed. For service animals, documentation must be provided.
Keys and/or access cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.
Do not litter. Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
Respect the rules of coexistence and good manners.
Do not hang or nail anything to the walls, and do not draw or write on them.
Live music groups are not permitted.
Camping in the garden is not allowed.
Do not light fires outside designated grill or firepit areas.
Always extinguish the grill and firepit before going to bed.
Management reserves the right of admission and may request immediate departure of guests who fail to comply with the rules, with no refund for unused nights.
Management is not responsible for accidents, insect or animal bites on the property, or for guests` belongings inside the villa.
Removing any item belonging to the villa (e.g., towels, sheets, furniture) is strictly prohibited.
Do not hang towels, sheets, rags, etc., outside the villa.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions during their stay.
Any damage inside or outside the villa will be charged to the guest who made the reservation.
Firearms, fireworks, and drugs are strictly prohibited.

RULES FOR THE COMPLEX & AMENITIES
All shared areas must be respected; guests will be financially responsible for any damages.
Guests must behave respectfully toward neighbors and security personnel.

FINES
Violating any point of the above rules may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.
Damages or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, fabric spills, or smoking inside the property: From $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Materials + labor cost + nights blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Replacement of lost keys and/or cards will incur a charge of $500 MXN.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
