Villa Boschetto is a spectacular villa nestled in the greenery, among the vineyards and olive groves of Montepulciano, in Val d'Orcia.

The property boasts a private enclosed garden with lawn and a lounge area with sofa and seats, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.

The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a beautiful pool (12 x 7 m, depth 1.10 - 1.50 m), open from May 15th to the end of September, and equipped with parasol, sunbeds and external shower. Next to the pool you will find a gazebo with a dining table for 12 people.

At guests' disposal also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a private uncovered parking for 5 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Boschetto is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom (with shower), and wardrobe or chest of drawers. 1 cot and 1 high chair are available upon request. Small pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The main entrance leads to a bright living room, furnished with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. Following is a large dining room with a wooden table for 12 people, and a large wooden kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: table, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.

Also on the ground floor you will find a second living room (with sofa, tv and table) and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Moreover, in the left wing of the villa there are 2 suites which can only be accessed from the outside. The first suite consists of a double bed (divisible if necessary), a bathroom with hydromassage shower, tv, table and two armchairs.

The second suite has a double bed (separable if necessary), a double sofa bed (ideal for 2 children), a bathroom with shower, tv, table and armchair.

Lastly, in the small dependance on the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

First floor: The upper floor is made up of 2 double bedrooms (one of which with separable beds).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, pool and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. Public spaces have free WiFi.
