The villa was fully renovated in 2020, including the kitchens and bathrooms. The three-level farmhouse is composed of two apartments which can be joined into a large, six-bedroom house. Each apartment has three spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms clad in travertine marble or Tuscan stone, and bidets. King beds throughout.

The Villa is just outside the ancient walls of the town, the backyard patio looking across a vineyard to Montepulciano as it rises on the mountaintop. There is a large front lawn suitable for gaming, sitting, meditating, and of course, drinking wine amongst the olive trees that bedeck the property.

Montepulciano is about 2 hours north of Rome, 40 minutes south of Siena, 90 minutes south of Florence, and 25 minutes from Cortona and many other Tuscan villages. Drive to the house, and then walk or drive into the historical center of town at your leisure. The house is less than a mile walk into town. The house has been designed to provide travelers with oversize bathrooms, large bedrooms, and copious amenities. Air conditioning is standard in all rooms. Robust WiFi suitable for video conferencing and remote work covers the house. Nespresso coffee machines are in each kitchen. All the bathrooms have bidets integrated into the toilet units. Screens on the windows for bug-free, cool Tuscan nights.
