Breakfast area small and cramped.Items ran out quickly and weren’t refilled.Noisy.Three maids were standing in front of my door talking and laughing loudly in the morning.The check in was easy and the front desk was friendly and helpful.Everything else was just ok.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service, especially from Richel, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. However, I do want to caution future guests about the presence of wild dogs around the hotel. We had an unfortunate incident in the hotel parking lot where a wild dog attacked our two puppies. We had to spend about 30 to 40 minutes defending them, and unfortunately, the hotel did not take responsibility for the incident. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to guests traveling with small pets.

Tight parking lot, not for larger vehicles

The parking lot is very tight. It's in the rear, accessed by a single, one-way lane that loops around the building. We had some difficulty negotiating a Ram 1500 truck around the tight corners. Had to park on the street our last night because smaller cars took larger spots instead of garage spots where we could not fit. Not the hotel's fault, but those are the facts & if you have a larger vehicle, you might stay somewhere else. Otherwise the place was good - clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was mainly carbs & sugar, no protein.
