We liked how close it was to downtown and being able to walk to everything. The breakfast in the morning at the hotel made it easy to get the day started. We would stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Carmel

Very good rooms and our room came with an amazing view of Carmel Bay. The only criticism I can offer is the toilet seat in the bathroom was very cheap and flimsy. Otherwise, great views, clean room, comfortable with a gas fireplace to heat up on cold and foggy evenings.

Carla at the front desk extremely pleasant and personable! The room overlooking the pool was a bonus celebrating my birthday weekend with my daughter. Let’s not forget the complimentary breakfast! Staff around the property so friendly! We definitely will stay there again!

Nice place. The heater worked well, it was just a little noisey. Staff was very professional. Little to no issues. Close to lots of stuff in town. I'd stay here again.

Don’t think it’s worth the discount.

A very bare bones motel. You have to schedule any room service, fresh towels or even your trash emptied. The bed linens are not good, rough fabric. The pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress was comfortable, but I won’t stay there again.
